Plain-language terms for buying from MajorGrind. Operated by Crew Six Design, Rockford, IL.

1. Digital goods

Every MajorGrind product is a digital download or template. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Delivery

Checkout runs through our Gumroad store (CloneBoss). Once your payment is confirmed, you get access by an emailed download link and a download page after checkout. If access doesn't arrive, contact hello@majorgrind.com.

3. Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in your own work and business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files as-is.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund. To request one, contact hello@majorgrind.com within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Support

Support is by email only. There are no setup calls or one-on-one sessions.

6. No guarantee of results

These products are tools and templates. Your results depend on how you use them, and we don't promise any specific business or financial outcome.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version posted on this page applies to new purchases.
